What must a Danish invoice include?

Under the Danish VAT Act (momsloven) a full invoice needs a sequential number, the issue date, the seller's name, address and CVR number, the buyer's name and address, a description and quantity of what was supplied, the delivery date, the net amount, the VAT rate and VAT amount, and the total. Every Fakturify template prints all of these.

Are the templates free?

Yes. All three templates are available on the free plan, which includes up to 5 invoices a month. Paid plans lift the invoice limit and add features such as recurring billing and analytics, not extra templates.

Can I customise a template?

You can upload a logo, set an accent colour, choose a font and adjust layout details such as borders and totals position. Customisation lives in the invoice editor and applies to both the on-screen invoice and the PDF.

Can I switch templates on an existing invoice?

Yes. A template is a way of rendering your invoice data, not a separate document, so you can change the template on any invoice at any time and the numbers, client details and line items stay the same.

Do the templates work for e-invoicing (Peppol, OIOUBL, NemHandel)?

The on-screen template and the PDF are for people. For systems, every invoice can also be exported as Peppol BIS Billing 3.0, OIOUBL 2.1 or SAF-T 2.1 XML from the invoice page. The XML carries the same data regardless of which template you chose.

Can I invoice in a language other than Danish?

Yes. Invoice labels are available in English, Danish and Estonian, and amounts can be in DKK, EUR, USD or GBP. The template design stays the same; only the wording and currency change.
